Refund policy

At Pawzing, we strive to provide the best possible care and services for your pets. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking any service.

Appointment Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request that you inform us as early as possible.

This helps us accommodate other pet parents and manage our schedule efficiently.

Pawzing reserves the right to refuse future bookings in case of repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Grooming Services

Once a grooming service has been completed, no refunds will be provided.

If you have any concerns regarding the service, please notify our team within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to address the issue.

Veterinary Consultations, Treatments & Surgeries

Consultation fees, examination charges, treatment costs, diagnostic charges, and surgery fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Medical outcomes may vary depending on the pet’s condition, and therefore refunds cannot be issued based on treatment results.

Advance Payments

In cases where an advance payment has been collected for a future service:

• The amount may be adjusted against a rescheduled appointment if informed in advance.
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Pawzing.
• Processing charges, payment gateway fees, or administrative charges (if applicable) may be deducted from approved refunds.

Online Payments

If an online payment is made and the service cannot be provided due to an issue from Pawzing’s end, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Change of mind after service completion
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after the service has been delivered
• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice
• Delays caused by factors beyond Pawzing’s control
