Appointments
Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person. We recommend arriving on time for your scheduled appointment. Delays may result in rescheduling or reduced service time.
Pet Health & Safety
Pet parents are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their pet’s health, vaccination status, medical conditions, allergies, and behavioral concerns.
For the safety of our staff, customers, and other pets, Pawzing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if a pet displays aggressive behavior or poses a risk.
Grooming Services
While every effort is made to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety, grooming procedures may occasionally reveal pre-existing skin conditions, lumps, irritations, or health concerns. Pawzing will inform the pet parent if any such issues are noticed.
Matted coats may require additional grooming time or shorter haircuts to ensure the pet’s comfort and well-being.
Veterinary Services
All veterinary consultations, treatments, surgeries, and health recommendations are provided based on the pet’s condition at the time of examination.
Treatment outcomes may vary depending on individual health conditions, and Pawzing cannot guarantee specific medical results.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Pawzing reserves the right to update service pricing at any time without prior notice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform us as early as possible.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
